Athena has held senior leadership roles across the world’s biggest broadcasters and studios – including BBC Studios, Viacom, Channel 4, ITV, Sky, and Fremantle – driving innovation across genres and formats. Her work spans digital, television, and the arts, with credits on global hits like Bluey, Doctor Who, BBC Earth, and Love Island, as well as multiplatform ecosystems for The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent. She has launched emerging artists and original IP, with breakthrough projects that continue to serve as industry blueprints across broadcast, digital, and production.
A true multi-disciplinarian, Athena’s career also includes shaping gaming experiences, participatory TV, UX design, and interactive storytelling.
