The
Team
The Engine Pop model is built around a consultancy core, supported by a collective of senior creatives, strategists, and commercial leads with real industry experience.

Everyone we work with has been inside the business from broadcasters and streamers to digital platforms, agencies, and brand teams. We scale the team based on each project, bringing in the right expertise when it's needed, and keeping things lean when it's not.

For some clients, that means a solo consultation. For others, it's a small, agile team delivering a full IP or growth strategy. Either way, you get the benefit of deep experience without the overhead.
